Mission Statement

Our company prides itself on providing a quality painting job for competitive prices. Our completed projects can be found throughout Northern and Central California. Quality and professional workmanship have been the keys to our success. Personal referrals from satisfied customers are a large percentage of our work. This is achieved through a personal working relationship with our customers.

Using quality control standards, unique to the paint contracting industry, we have enjoyed a steady growth rate each year. Currently, Apex Painting, Inc. offers paid holidays and vacations, medical benefits and a 401(k) retirement fund. This provides for a motivated and positive working environment.

When Apex Painting, Inc. starts a painting project, we assign a working foreman to monitor the project. We also have a field manager who has the responsibility to manage a number of projects daily. This enables us to have a double check system on the quality of each job, insuring the best service to our customers. Our field managers are readily available at all times to meet our customers needs or questions with quick response.

Company History

Apex Painting, Inc. was established as a sole proprietorship in 1979 by Richard Mulholland. Our business grew steadily and at the end of 1982 employed five full time painters and had three vans. By December of 1987, we employed 25 full time painters and had a fleet of ten vans. At present, we have 20 persons in management/office and 75 painters with a fleet of 30 vans.

On April 1, 1988, our company incorporated in the State of California as Apex Painting, Inc., and we continue to provide the Central and Northern California area with quality workmanship on all types of projects.

Apex Painting, Inc. is a member of the Valley Builders Exchange, the Modesto Chamber of Commerce and the California Chamber of Commerce.
